REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered online, by returning the re-order form attached to your prescriptions to the post box located outside the surgery front door or by telephoning 028 30256945 at anytime day or night.

We would encourage all patients receiving repeat prescriptions to register and use our online prescription ordering service.  This will assist with reducing order waiting times and minimize the risk of human error while ensuring the correct items are ordered and processed on time.

Please do not call the practice or attend reception to order your prescription as prescriptions cannot be procesed using these methods and staff will signpost you to use the correct methods detailed above.

Please allow up to 72 working hours for repeat prescriptions to be processed.

Some medication's prescribed require regular monitoring.  This may include asking you to call in for blood tests or a blood pressure check. Your GP will advise you at the point of prescribing if you need to be monitored.  Please ensure that we have your correct contact details stored as we may need to contact you.  If you do not attend for monitoring it may delay the process of your prescription.
