When leaving a message please speak clearly and leave your name, DOB, telephone number and specific name(s) of repeat medication to be ordered. Only repeat medication requests can be processed through this service and we kindly ask that no other type of message is left on the mailbox service as it will not be processed.

Patients who are age 50 or over and have received their 2nd COVID vaccination over 6 months ago can now book a COVID BOOSTER VACCINATION appointment. The practice will be hosting COVID vaccination clinics on Wednesday 10th November 2021 and Saturday 20th November 2021. Patients can also get the Influenza Vaccination at the same time.

We know many people are interested in the COVID-19 vaccination and we urge you not to contact the practice and to follow the link below to book a vaccination online.
An online booking form for COVID-19 vaccinations to be given outside the practice (multiple sites) has now been set up. At present all adults age 18 years or older can book a vaccination appointment online. You will need your H&C number which can be found on your medical card and other clincial documents eg: hospital letters. From 06.05.2021 the vaccine will be available to household contacts of severely immunocompromised or clinically extremely vulnerable patients. This can be booked online (refer to online booking form above). The original shielding letter will be needed as proof of entitlement and the addresses of the patient and the household contact much match.

From Monday 30th November 2020, patients who feel they need to attend Daisy Hill or Craigavon Area Emergency Departments (A&E), or South Tyrone Minor Injuries Unit are being asked to "PHONE FIRST". This service is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. The telephone number is 0300 123 3111. You can also use the Interpreter Now App. Further information about this service.
Our appointment telephone lines will now open daily from 8am - 12pm. We advise patients to telephone as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We are a teaching practice and there will be medical students present during calls and consultatons. If you do not consent to a student being present please inform a member of staff.
Our practice has teamed up with Medlink and will be using their services to help manage our patient care during the Pandemic. We will send a text or letter with an online form for patients to complete regarding their health including chronic condition management.
Our Care Navigators (formerly known as Medical Receptionists) are trained and instructed by the GP Partners to collect information from all patients regarding their symptoms and needs. This information will then be used to direct you to the appropriate clinician or service provider.
