You can order your repeat prescriptions via the following methods:-
Please do not attend reception to order your prescriptions, our receptionists are extremely busy and cannot process prescription orders at the desk.
You can call 028 3025 6945 at anytime day or night in order to leave a message to order repeat medication.
When leaving a message, please speak clearly and leave your name, DOB, telephone number and specific name(s) of repeat medication to be ordered. Only repeat medication requests can be processed through this service and we kindly ask that no other type of message is left on the mailbox service as it will not be processed.
Patients who feel they need to attend Daisy Hill or Craigavon Area Emergency Departments (A&E), or South Tyrone Minor Injuries Unit are being asked to "PHONE FIRST". This service is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. The telephone number is 0300 123 3111. You can also use the Interpreter Now App. Further information about this service.
Our appointment telephone lines open daily from 8am - 12pm for Emergency / on the day consulations. We advise patients to telephone as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Patients seeking a ROUTINE, NON-URGENT appointment can call the practice from 10am - 12pm on weekdays (with the exception of wednesdays as phone lines are diverted to emergency line from 12pm). You will be offered an appointment up to 3 weeks in advance (availibility permitting).
With a patient list of almost 10,000 patients, it is vital that we manage our appointments in this way to ensure the Clinicians in the practice have capacity to deal with emergency / urgent consulations on the day, if you have been offered a routine appointment by our team, it is because it is deemed appropriate to your concern.
We are a teaching practice and there will be medical students present during calls and consultatons. If you do not consent to a student being present please inform a member of staff.
Our Care Navigators (Medical Receptionists) are highly trained and have received instruction from the GP Partners to collect information from all patients regarding their symptoms and needs. This information will then be used to direct you to the appropriate clinician or service provider.
All incoming calls are appropriately triaged by our reception team in order to assess the needs of the patient, this includes establishing if the appointment is URGENT or ROUTINE
